Jaelin Marano is an audio engineer, sound designer, location sound mixer, actor, and vocalist. With a background in music and acting, she brings a deep understanding of performance and storytelling to her work in sound. Passionate about film and television, Jaelin specializes in crafting immersive sonic experiences that elevate every project she touches.

She is also a co-founder of Sonic Craft Studios, an audio services business she developed as part of her fourth-year thesis project. Through Sonic Craft, she has contributed sound to a wide range of productions.

Her notable projects include Swine, a Toronto Independent Film Festival winner, which earned her a TARA Award for excellence in audio post-production. She also received TARA Awards for Best Audio Post-Production in 1-800-THE-VOID and Best Performance in a Scripted Audio Project for Spirals. Whether she’s shaping atmosphere through foley, mixing with precision, or voicing characters with emotional depth, Jaelin is dedicated to making every sound meaningful.
